We are a returns facility for many e-commerce/cataog and
retail store companies. Many of the items we auction off
typically have some issue from scratches or dents to
sometimes non-functional in some aspects. Please carefully
read the auction completely before bidding.
Store Policies
Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest
quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. Your
satisfaction is key to our success and we ensure that your
experience with us will be rewarding and positive. We
wholeheartedly believe that the customer is always right
and will do our best to make you satisfied with your
purchase.
Emails
We do our best to answer email as quickly as possible
during normal business hours. If you ever have any
questions about our products please don't hesitate to
contact me. We do not use an automated email system. I
answer all emails personally and will do my best to answer
all of your questions in a professional and timely manner.
Please do not attempt to send us email through your Paypal
invoice as our system will not see them. Contact us
directly at ebay@mwsas.com. You may also use the 'Contact
Us' link in our store header OR the 'Contact Member' button
in all of our listings.
You will not ever receive SPAM email from Midwest Salvage
& Tool. We send invoices with payment instructions as
well as contact and shipping information, and lastly your
shipping confirmation stating your item has been shipped.
We offer 'opt in' newsletters and product update emails.
Simply add us to your favorite sellers and select the
newsletter of your choice to be added to our mailing list.
If you wish to be removed from our mailing list simply edit
your favorite sellers list and uncheck newsletters next to
Midwest Salvage & Tool.

We will do our best to answer all inquiries within one

Payment
We prefer Paypal and also accept money orders &
cashiers checks. We DO NOT accept personal checks. Please
make payment within 7 days of auctions end. We understand
that unexpected things come up so please contact us should
you need more time.

Important Payment & Tax Information
*Full payment must be received within 7 days from the end
of an auction or the auction will be void and a negative
feedback may be left.
*We reserve the right to re-list the item if payment is not
received within the 7 days after the auction close.
*BE ADVISED: We actively participate in the ebay Non-Paying
Bidder/Buyer Program.
*All sales are final!! So please read all description
carefully before bidding!
*Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect
to the purchase of the product.

*Ohio residents pay 6.5% sales tax.
*Many countries impose their own customs, duties, taxes,
etc.. on items being shipped from a foreign country.
*We are not responsible for any locally imposed duties or

Bidding Policies

bidding. By placing a bid you agree with and are bound by

outstanding concerns to your complete satisfaction; you

We will do our best to resolve ANY situation to your utmost
satisfaction.
*You agree to use Square Trade mediation to resolve any
outstanding issues before any negative or neutral feedback
is given.
Non Paying Bidders
We always contact buyers who haven't paid within seven days
of the auctions end to try to work out a payment
arrangement. Most times there are extenuating circumstances
behind the non payment which we completely understand and
will make every effort to help you.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then
please return it to us for a full refund of the highest bid
value less 15% restocking fee. We will issue a refund for
the item in question after you:
*Obtain a return authorization number from us within 48
hours after receiving the item.
*Ship the item back to us in the original packaging with
all of the originally sent accessories and/or documentation
listed in the original auction within 5 days of receiving
item.
*Canadian Customers complete the customs documents to
include NO VALUE RETURN TO SENDER!! on all documents
including the shipping waybill.
*Give us the opportunity to resolve the issue prior to
leaving negative feedback.
We do not refund PayPal or Shipping Fees. We will however
refund the shipping fees on items that were shipped in
error on our part.
Customer Pick Up
There is a $5 handling fee
per item for customer pick up purchases
Local pick up available between 11 am and 5 pm. All pickups
need to be paid via Paypal 24 hours in advance of picking
up your item. If you do not use paypal you may bring a
money order with you but you must give us 24 hours notice
before picking up your item.
Our pick up days are 11AM - 5 PM

Shipping & Insurance
Receive your items fast!! Orders ship within one business
day of receipt of payment (weekends & holidays
excluded). Some orders ship the same day dependant on how
busy we are and the time of day your payment is received.
It is our firm belief that once a product is paid for, it
should be shipped as soon as possible.
We offer shipping insurance in all of our listings and
strongly recommend purchasing insurance with your item.
Although we take great pride in how well we package our
items for shipping it is out of our control once it has
left the building. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on
items damaged during shipping.
Buy More & Save
We offer shipping discounts on multiple item purchases
We offer a 20% discount on the total of shipping charges
for orders with multiple items
If you are the winning bidder on multiple auctions we will
combine your purchases saving you big money on shipping.
Please send us an email request for a combined invoice when
you have finished shopping. We will send your invoice with
the shipping charge adjusted.
